My fiance is going to be doing a residency in Wilmington Deleware and I was wondering if anybody had any information regarding the Balt/Philly programs for someone from Ohio. I here that some of the programs such as Jefferson tend to adopt thier own students. Thanks for any info.
Since you KNOW you want to end up in the area, do as many aways in this region as you can. Here's a general guideline to get you started on your decision:

The programs that you would need stellar numbers/credentials for in this region are Hopkins, Penn and Jefferson. Having said that, there are people who get into these programs with less-than-stellar numbers. There are other factors.

Jefferson does take many of its own students (typically at least 4 of the 6), so this would not be the best bang for your buck. It would be the last place I would rotate at. It is very difficult to break in from the outside.

Penn and Hopkins are not so inbred, but again, if you don't have the numbers, you're rolling the dice.

All others are fair game but Temple is inbred and it wouldn't be my first choice of an away if I was an outsider looking to match in the region. Drexel and Einstein may be more open to outsiders. Union Memorial and Univ of Maryland are great choices.

I don't know if this helps, but my general recommendation would be as follows: Avoid Jefferson and Temple just because they're so friggin' inbred...it's like going to a small town in Hickville where it feels like everyone's related and you get this nauseated feeling. Hopkins and Penn take students from all over but beware as mentioned above. The following are all reasonable places to do aways at: Einstein, Drexel, Union Memorial, Univ of Maryland. Einstein only takes 2 residents so that's another thing to consider. That leaves 3 programs that are reasonable.
