foreign medical grads getting ortho residencies in US

Is anyone aware of foreign grads (specifically St. George's in Grenada or Ross in Dominica) getting accredited U.S. ortho residency spots? How difficult is it and are there any hoops to jump through? Is it more or less difficult than a DO getting a spot? Thanks!

Here are some numbers for 2003. I don't have 2004 yet. They will be out in September.

2942 (97.3%) USMDs
285 (9.4%) Women
62 (2.1%) IMGs

Where can one get those numbers? Also, do you know how many folks actually apply for ortho spots? Thanks.
