There is nothing available since all of that is relative to what you are looking for anyway. You can search through this forum. There are multiple posts with people listing their tiers/ranking etc...
You can look at the US News ranking of hospitals, etc..., but they don't tell what quality of training you will get since that isn't part of the criteria they use. It's heavily weighted to research dollars, admissions, nursing ratios, etc...
