Penn State is offering invites via mass e-mail for 12/7 and 12/14.

Kalamazoo is offerring via e-mail for Dec 7, 14, 21, and Jan 4, and 11. In the e-mail they said that they have invited 30 people to interview, so I assume they all went out in one batch. Not sure if they will have a cancelation batch to come later or not.

Univ. Tennessee-Cambell Clinic is inviting via email for Nov. 22, Dec. 13, and Jan. 10.
