Does anyone know any inside scoop in this program?

Word on the street is that they were last reviewed ~6 months ago, will be inspected again in a couple months, and likely will be permanently closed at that time as they will not be able to meet compliance.

Can anyone substantiate this?
So what's the deal with this probation thing? I have heard that there were problems in the past, but according to the ACGME website, they are fully accredited and not on probation. It says they were scheduled for review last August (2004), but doesn't give any results. Does anyone know the story, or what area it is that they are non-compliant in?
