Position: Orthopaedic Surgery Adult Reconstruction and Sports Medicine Research Student for Drs. Melnic, Bedair, Foster, and Nascimento

When: August 2020- July 2021

Where: Massachusetts General Hospital and Newton-Wellesley Hospital

Salary: Monthly stipend provided

Drs. Melnic, Bedair, Foster, and Nascimento are seeking a highly motivated and highly organized third or fourth year medical student interested in orthopaedic surgery residency for a twelve-month research fellowship.

During this one year research period, the selected candidate will help with coordination of research projects, collecting and analyzing data, submission of IRB protocols, and writing / editing adult reconstruction and sports medicine manuscripts and book chapters. Most recent student will finish with 15+ manuscripts, several as first author.

Candidates should be comfortable with statistical analysis of data.
