It probably won't. As it is the St. Luke's program is affiliated with Columbia academically (you have to apply through Columbia to get an away there) even though they have two completely separate programs. Now they may just be affiliated with NYU but probably still maintain their own programs. That's all just a guess though...probably not a bad idea to ask if you're interested in either of them.
