What are your thoughts about orthopaedic oncology? It seems like a cool field, but it is obviously a very small part of ortho with very few residents pursuing it. How hard is it to get into a fellowship for ortho onc? Where can I find out more about the field?

Would pursuing onc commit me to an academic career?
