I was looking into doing an away rotation at one of the Philadelphia programs. Based on my Step 1 score in the 220's, I was wondering which of the programs would be best for me to rotate at to maximize my chances of matching there. I just don't want to waste a month somewhere I am not competetive or where an away wouldn't be needed.

also, someone's opinion/rank of the difficulty of matching those programs would be helpful. thanks!
