The Fort Wayne program is not listed under Indiana on ERAS. Maybe that's the one...

It is definitely the Ft. Wayne program. A little investigating on this site (Orthogate), at the following links reveals:

The first post gives an e-mail address for a bglawilliams@xxxx, and the second one gives an e-mail address for liznmicah@xxxx.

Now if you look at the Ft. Wayne residency website, you'll see a second year named Micah Smith and a second year named Ben Williams. This website is out of date, as I know one of the residents listed as interns on that page, and he definitely matched into that spot last year.
