Program Expansion?

Hey all, does anyone know of any programs that want to/will be increasing the size of their residency class for next year? I've heard rumors about Emory, Einstein, UChicago, and Loma Linda possibly expanding, but I don't know if there are others or if there is any real substance to those rumors.
I believe Penn State Hershey is. Or at least that is what is on their website.
