Now that interviews will be starting, would everyone please rate the programs at Scutwork.com. The ortho section is pretty bleak. An alternative would be for the webmaster of this site to create a format that is similar that allows resident/ interviewees to put in their $0.02 about each program. I think that this would be a nice added feature for this site.
Would love to do that someday. We'll look into it, but probably wouldn't be available for this years interviews. Number three is due in a couple of weeks and my wife has other plans for me.

Congratulations. Did you have the other 2 while in residency or in medical school? I have 2 myself and am hoping that I will be able to spend some time with them during residency.

We had our first one at the start of my PG4 year and then our second one during the middle of my fellowship. Fortunately, where I trained, my lifestyle was such that I had plenty of time to enjoy the kids, except during my trauma rotation.
