Are there any other programs besides Mayo that incorporate a 1:1, mentor-apprentice, style of training into their program? Thanks in advance.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the majority of community programs use that model - at least the majority of the ones I interviewed at. University programs in general tend to be more "service" oriented with a team approach. There are advantages and disadvantages to each.
