There's a peds ortho Secrets book out there...it's quite detailed and i don't think it's worth it at this point. He will not expect you to know any peds ortho at your level. Know your anatomy though.
Big bread and butter peds ortho topics you MAY want to read a little bit on are scoliosis, leg-length discrepancy, cerebral palsy, Legg-Calve Perthes, Slipped Capital Femoral Epiphysis, Intoeing and development hip dislocation
If you have a basic understanding of the above, you'd stand out among 99% of 3rd yr med students who are doing a pediatric ortho month!
