Thought it also might be helpful (for those who are still holding out hope) to list programs that anyone heard from after the "wave" of intial invites. Not sure if this means I was not initially a first choice candidate and my invitation was deferred until a number of applicants denied the invite or if it truly just occurs in waves.

For example, I received invitations from the following programs anywhere between 1-2 days to 1-3 weeks AFTER a majority of individuals posted they received initial invites on orthogate:

-Cleveland Clinic
-UVA
-USC (southern california)

Thanks for bringing this up. I have no idea I this is relevant, but I just got an interview invite from Nebraska about a week after others posted theirs on Orthogate. I would like to hear about others with similar stories.
