A resident here told me the PD is leaving this Spring, which will trigger accreditation review by ACGME since the previous chairman/PD left a few years ago. Has anyone heard anything about this or what it means?
This usually doesn't mean anything. Most programs are good about continuing to maintain their accreditation.
