A little help from 4th years or beyond will be appreciated on this issue. I am a 5th year M.D./Ph.D. student that is heading back to the hospital this summer. To be honest, I forgot a lot of basic medical science. Our school has a lottery system for picking third year roatations. I think the way my lottery numbers fall, I have the choice to take Med and Surgery right off the bat or Med and Surgery at the end. I was told to take Med before Surgery because it helps. I want to do well in both Med and Surgery. Is the rotation schedule really important or not a big deal? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.
