which programs are known to favor their rotaters?

There are probably quite a few that favor rotators, but I only know of two off the top of my head - UTSW and Northwestern. I rotated at UTSW and heard from their residents that usually 3-4 of 6 selected are rotators, 1-2 are home students, and 1 is an unknown. I don't know much about NW, but I heard that they usually interview 35 rotators out of 45 interviews offered for 9 spots. Pretty good odds....

i've heard that Georgetown only takes
a) their own, or
b) their rotators

guess i won't be applying...
