i know UCSF asks for one, but are there lots of them out there? Thanks!
Why don't you choose where you are going to apply and then research that information on their website. You NEED to research each program's website anyways.

You may not think it's realistic, but it is to your advantage. Some places request certain specific things not included in your amcas application.

If you want to throw away your $ because you don't want to spend an extra 10 minutes looking at different websites, more power to you.

You seem to exhibit that "go-getter" attitude that PDs like so much. You ought to go far


There have been threads in the past listing the requirements for each program when submitting applications. I think it makes things pretty convienient when you're applying to a sh%tload of programs and don't neceassrily have the time (especially this time of year) to hunt through each program's website to find out specifically what they ask for.
