I've always heard middle-tier for the actual overall program (whatever that means) with the exception of course of joints being unbelievable.
Then when you figure in the location, the financial/housing support, the program becomes much more competitive.
Again, this is all heresay, I didn't interview there b/c I had a conflict, and it was towards the end of the season and my fiancee and I had pretty much ruled NYC out by then.
I"m sure somebody on here has either rotated or is a resident there though...
