Indiana via snail mail: offered no dates and told me to go fellate myself.

My wife is going to be soooo happy we don't have to move to Indiana.

Oh my Osch......Oschner Clinic in New Orleans showed me the door, as did Galveston TX. I haven't had any luck in either state so far.
