i am a physician 59 yrs. male, suffering from numbnes in right index and thumb for one month and pain right shoulder and posterior aspect right arm and forearm and weakness of extensior musscles grade 3power.non- diabetic, mild hypertession, no hisrtory of troma.

mri cervical spine-

at c4-5 & c5-6 posterio-central disc protrusions and posterior osteophytic ridging causes moderate compressoin on thecal sac and bilateral neural foramina more on right side at c5-6.
cervical cord shows normal signal intensity. no evidence of any intraspinal mass is seen.


QUESTIONS :-
1. RELIFF IN PAIN BUT NOT IN NUMBNESS AND WEAKNESS AFTER CERVICAL TRACTION AND USUAL ANAlGESIC AND PREGABA LIKE DRUGS AND REST
IS FURTHER CERVICAL TRACTION AND REST WILL BE HELPFUL OR SHOULD I GO FOR EARLY SERGERY BY NEUROSERGEN?

2. IS LASER SERGERY HELPFULL AND ESSENTIAL FOR ME, ANYGOOD CENTRE NEAR JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN ?
