Ok, so this is probably a tough one to answer, but my s.o. and I intend to attempt couples matching in ortho/ortho. Ouch, I know. We intend on applying to major metro areas/ multiple programs to maximize our chances. If there is anyone who can give some advice/personal experience...or even second hand info...it would be much appreciated. Also, I have heard through the grapevine that Brown matched a couple in ortho/ortho last year (or maybe the year before). Anybody hear about that one?
Thanks all, good luck.

you have a shot, but both of you should be quality candidates that would have a good chance matching individually. Applying to larger programs in addition to cities with multiple programs will help also. places like mayo that take 10 a year will increase your odds vs programs with 2 or 4 spots.
