I've heard just from along the grapevine that the residents at Henry Ford make almost $100K in their last couple years because somehow all of their call counts as moonlighting...can anyone substantiate this? Would also appreciate any info on the program.

that is correct. as a chief you take call at private hospitals that are in need of ER ortho consultants. you get about $300 for just stepping in the door of the ER. the program was nice. all the residents seemed to be pretty easy to get along with. however, compared to other programs, it fell well into the third tier of my rank list.
