Well, I don't know about its legality, but I sure as sugar wouldn't want to go back to having to fill out individual applications and having to negotiate with programs about benefits, time off, and the other crap that goes along with getting a real job. I would just sign Arliss as an agent. Then you might see a $10,000 signing bonus with incentives written in for completed nails and total patients gained in clinic. h$%&, I might have turned ortho straight out of undergrad if I got that.
