In the end, I didn't end up going to or ranking anywhere that I would not be proud to be trained as an orthopaedic surgeon. For all you MS3's, apply everywhere that you would be willing to live, that will train you to do your trade, and that you can branch out of. Some of the programs are better for individual reasons, I was o-so happy to end up where I am, but there is a best place for everyone, and that's where you go. But, apply to plenty, just be sure. )

matched!!!!! holy brown knickers I matched!!! I got somebody fooled into thinking I am trainable.
