I just took step 2 and I used Qbank. It cost about 100 for 1 month and there are 1000 questions. I felt like it was fairly similar to Step 2. Step 2 had very few pictures and several multiple answer questions (ex. choose 2 of the following). I dont remember if any of these were on Qbank. If I had to take it again I would buy Qbank again. It covered most topics, but I felt that it was a tad bit easier than Step 2. Step 2 is much longer than Step 1. Be prepared to be there all day.
