Columbia ortho program did not download my LORs

Applied to Columbia ortho program a couple of days ago.
Some of the documents from my application package were dowloaded by the program, but my LORs and USMLE transcript were not downloaded. Does that mean that my application won't be considered in this program?

No worries - our IT people are still putting ERAS on our server (just happened today) so we have not yet downloaded any documents.
