I currently have 3 interviews/offers and plenty of rejections. My step 1 was a 231/96, I have a background in engineering, I have plenty of research experience, HP in surgery, and Honors in my ortho rotations. Most of my letters are from my home institution. I'm wondering what options I should look into at this point, knowing that there is a possibility that I won't match. Should I apply for transitional year at ths point?
