Can anybody comment on preparation for Board Exam Part II, esp. review courses? Can you recommend Maine Review Course vs Osler course for oral board preparation? Is one better than the other?

Part II is oral exam of your own cases. So you know what you need to work on. However, mock oral exams are very important for preparation. I personally, went through mock exams with several of my partners as well as another doc from a different practice. There is a course out there as well that does this, but I'm not sure which one it is.
The AAOS now offers a review for Part 2 of the Boards which has been extremely positively reviewed by those orthopaedists who have taken it. I recently was involved with the AAOS CME Course Committee and the reviews were outstanding each year since it started.
