While doing my 4th year rotations, I received 2 "High Satisfactory" grades, although the letters of recommendation were "very solid" according to the Dean of my school who reviewed them. Will those 2 scores hinder my chances or will the supposed solid letters of rec. make up for them? I was under the impression anything less that "Honors" on an elective ortho rotation meant you were done. Is that true?
