What thoughts/advice do you have for those of us considering some of the newer programs and where to place them on our rank lists? It seems that some things are difficult to judge when no one in the program has gone through a certain stage yet (ie fellowship placement). What are some areas you would suggest we consider with regard to these newer programs when ranking them?
I interviewed at one of these newer programs and felt quite good there, but something is making it difficult for me to place them above some other, better established programs. Thank you for your help.
