One u reach the attending level after residency, what is the lifestyle like. How many hours does the average orthopedic surgeon work in a week? Can you still have time for leisure activities like family/lifting.

Lifestyle is dictated by the type of practice you choose to have. I have discussed this before in a past thread. The more you work, the more you work.
