MS3 here, here are my stats:
Top 20 medical school
USMLE step 1: 256
First 2 years of med school: All's A's except 1 B+
3rd year grades thus far: A's in neurology and OB/Gyn, B's in Peds, Family, and Surgery (those shelfs were hard for some reason)
Still have Psych and IM to do
...btw, is a B a high pass or pass? Our school has a A/B+/B/C system, so not sure how the conversion works there
Research: Two years, no publications, publication in progress for JBJS
