2nd year here. Currently top 10% of class, going to try my best to kill the comlex this summer. I have 5 pubs, 10 abstracts. Most of them on radiology and cardiology. The rads ones are peripherally ortho related , ie. spinal mets etc, but not in an ortho journal.
Will be attempting to try for AOA ortho spot only, assuming I pull off decent boards. How do they view research in general? Should I attempt some ortho specific research in the near future, say this summer or during 3rd year? or just roll with what I have?
Also, my school does not give out Honors for third year, only P/F. does this even matter or simply my performance on aways?
