I was hoping to build a list of programs that will only interview/rank those students who rotate at their facility. Please add, confirm, or debunk items on the list.
I can confirm that POH, Harrisburg and Chicago only interview rotators. A buddy of mine did receive an interview from Columbus without rotating, but he had extremely strong step 1 and 2 scores. He did not go to the interview. I think Columbus in general doesn't interview non-rotators unless they have VERY high board scores. I know on my interview at Columbus, everyone there seemed to have rotated.
