Options for unmatched people

What option as a DO do I have if I don't match into DO ortho this year? Too early to be pessimistic but just want to know.

1. Traditional Rotating Internship -> apply for PGY-1 or PGY-2 spot next year or apply to different PGY-1/2 specialty. Probably do TRI at a place that has ortho.
2. Scramble into unmatched ortho spot.
3. Scramble into unmatched other medicine spots.
4. Delay graduation and do research year.
5. Graduate and do research year.
6. Quit medicine and become a nurse.
