Programs not applying for ACGME accred

Hey guys. 3rd year looking to apply Ortho next year. Step 1 >260 and Level 1 >750, top 5 in class, 2 non-ortho poster presentations. Wondering if anyone has any insight to programs not expecting to meet ACGME accreditation standards.

Also, do most AOA programs look favorably on students who took USMLE?

We take note of USMLE scores and we only use board scores (comlex and usmle) when we are between two candidates for an interview spot or waitlist.
