Wonderful application. Allows you to determine the best treatment for a variety of fractures. Walks you through decision making about even the basics, like indications, positioning, approach, etc... All of it is evidence based, with references readily available.
I use this to quickly review a topic prior to the OR to make sure I'm fresh with the approach, and up to date on some of the recent literature.
