The Surgical Skills Lab Manager position is responsible for coordinating all matters related to the operation of the Surgical Skills laboratory.

Requirements (partial list):

• Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific discipline required, master’s degree, preferred.
• Prior work experience in surgical skills labs and/or the operating room. Managing a surgical skills, anatomy, or similar lab, preferred.
• Experience working with cadaveric specimens and knowledge of regulations (OSHA/LAB) regarding lab and cadaveric usage, preferred.
• Skilled in effective leadership and collaboration with researchers, attending physicians, and other Steadman Philippon Research Institute staff and guests.
