Participants will engage in intensive research within our highly active divisions, with a primary focus on:

- Presentation creation and delivery.
For medical students with active student status, this experience will include the valuable opportunity to scrub into surgical procedures, enhancing their clinical understanding. Furthermore, participants will receive an equivalent of a highly valuable away rotation experience. In addition, participants will gain 2-3 months of clinical experience rotating with various members of our selection committee, allowing for valuable networking and observation.
Those who retain medical student status are still able to access financial aid for living expenses during this research year experience.
