Since many of us are interviewing at similar places and may be traveling the same way, I thought it would be useful to have a thread that could allow people to coordinate plans (i.e. carpool, share hotel room, etc.

Listings should appear in this format (though I'm open to better suggestions). Here is a sample:

Program and date of interview: HSS (11/2)
From: Philadelphia, PA
To: Manhattan, NY
Date of departure: 11/1
Method of transport: Car
Interested In: Carpool, hotel sharing, etc.
