Although it is very early, interview invites have started coming in and this thread seemed helpful last year. It would probably be useful to at least give the date the invite was received, the interview dates offered, and how you got the invite.
Mayo: via email on 10/15 for interview on 11/20.
Medical College of Ohio: via email on 10/18 for interview on 1/7 or 1/14. A buddy received the same email but was offered 12/3 or 12/10.
First timer....thought it was time to contribute. So far,
University of Florida on 11/07 offered only 11/22
University of Missouri, Columbia on 11/07 for 12/13, 17 and 1/07
Campbell's clinic on 11/11 for 12/17, 1/07, and 1/21
University of Arkansas on 11/15 for 12/7 and 12/14
all through ERAS

i was invited to an interview at an 'albert einstein' and rejected from another 'albert einstein'.
there is one albert einstein i'm interested in and the other i'm not so interested (btw- total of 3 ALBERT EINSTEINs'!)
the emails may not be clear on which is which...
so i started to make flight info for the one i was NOT so interested in (just assumed it was that one), but then found out that the albert einstein interview is actually at the one i like - i'm thrilled.
BE careful if you've applied to more than one Albert Einstein- ez to mix them up! it would be aweful if you showed up in new york and ur really supposed to be in philly.
