I am offering two 12 month long clinical research fellowship positions to current or soon to graduate medical students for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. I am a high volume sports medicine trained surgeon who focuses exclusively on the treatment of hip, thigh, and pelvis injuries. I have extensive clinical research and mentorship experience. The clinical research fellows will work directly with me throughout the year on a variety of clinical research projects. My goal is to consistently give you the tools and direction you need to be productive and not feel 'stuck' as you work through your projects.
Applications are currently being accepted and will be considered on a rolling basis. The expectation of this position is to be academically productive in preparation for application to an orthopaedic surgery residency position.
For research publications, the research fellow will be involved in the entire process from data collection to manuscript writing to final publication. Research is collaborative, and you will frequently work together with orthopaedic surgery residents, your co-fellow, and other medical students.
Desired skills are the following:
-Strong technical writing skills
-Strong communication skills
-Organized work style
-Good work ethic
-Experience with reference management software (Endote, Refworks, etc.) is encouraged but not required
-Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation is encouraged but not required.
If interested, please send a CV and brief personal statement to me (

Sincerely,
