Interviewed this year. CMC is a sweet program, however the interview day has the potential to be a little stomach turning if you aren't given at least a little heads up. Overall, it's a pretty well run day. The Residency coordinator is awesome, which I believe is in part why the program seems to function so well. Each applicant gets three interviews, one with the chair, two with a panel of five each. The chair interview is very laid back, no tough questions just trying to get to know you and your motivations for being in his program. Then comes the fun part. I'd heard in the past that they do this whole one panel is nice to you, the other tries to rough you up a little (even one of the residents asked if they were doing that this year). I can't really say that I thought that was the case in my experience. Maybe some else thought otherwise. I did think that there was a definite difference in the overall atmosphere/questions asked between rooms. If I recall, one panel was pretty focused on details of my application, particularly my personal statement. The second panel seemed to be overwhelmingly questions that had little pertinence to my application including several current events issues and what I think should be done. In any event, if you've been on panel interviews by the time you visit CMC I wouldn't sweat it (I hadn't, and was pretty nervous going in).
My advice is to enjoy the day, check out the facilities, and take it all in as there are few programs that compare to CMC in my mind if your are looking for a small size/high volume/big name program. And maybe watch a little pre-game CNN. Good luck.
