You need to rank them according to your preference. No one that answers you, even if they give good info on some programs, will know a lot about all of them. Personally, I feel like i know how I'd rank about half of your list. But those other ones might be better for you than ones that I, or anyone else, like the most.

Bottom line, you're the only one whose opinion matters. when I made my rank list, I broke them into smaller categories (into 3rds for example) then went with my gut. Personally, I don't care how other people would rank them, because I'm the one who has to be at that program for 5 years.

Well, I'll rank the programs that I either interviewed at or rotated at. The rest of my ranking would just be conjecture and what I heard online and wouldn't be really accurate compared to your opinion of the program, being that you have been there.
