Just got notification that I'm being recognized for an orthopaedic award....There is no mention of it on my CAF, CV or PS.

I think it might make my application stronger, but I don't know how I should go about notifying the programs I applied to.

What would you do?

Send a nice letter to all your programs.

Or else you'll be kicking yourself in January.

Freeheel,

Thanks for the advice. I guess I feel kind of hokey sending a letter that says...Hey, guess what? I got an award!

But if it helps pull down some invites.....

Not sure you can redhead... You can change things on your profile at anytime, but i don't think programs will be downloading these again...

I think that you should either send a letter regarding this award or wait until you go on interviews and share this with them when you get there.

my 2 cents...
