Fellow future orthopods and hopefuls,
I don't work for the Netter's publishing company, but I wanted to tell you all about the new Netter's Concise Atlas of Orthopaedic Anatomy (which is misspelled Orthopedic). The authors took all of the useless anatomy (i.e., abdomen, head-neck) out of the original and just put the important anatomy (extremities, etc.) into a nice pocket sized book. It's only $30 or so on barnesandnoble.com right now, and I would highly suggest buying it.
I agree with the orthopedics part. The book is nice with some good info, but the font is somewhat small. If you are sitting on a desk next to your big Netter atlas, you may find the original one easier on the eyes.
