Pretty benign interview. Mostly get to know you type questions with a dinner the night before. The residents all seemed very happy and spoke very highly of the program. They a very balanced program with protected didactic time every day and a great operative experience from the 3 year on. You don't operate a ton as a 2, because you are manning the ED. Home call from 3-5 and the only reason to come in is to operate, or help the 2 if he is swamped in the "pit". The facilities are really nice and technologically advanced. All the films are digital and all the orders are on the computer.

Anyway, you can tell I was quite impressed and I expect to rank it high.
