i interviewed there last year and was pleasantly surprised at the program. They have nice facilities (a basketball and raquetball court in the hospital, and a new BIG emergency room). the people there seemed very nice. I only explored dayton briefly, and well its not that exciting, but neither was akron. I know they just named a new chair, and if i remember they paid for your hotel the night before. It is a small program (2 residents/yr). like i said i had no idea what to expect, and i came away with a good impression. It ended up in the upper middle of my list b/c of my wife not being too crazy about the location vs some of our other places, but i certainly would not have been upset had i ended up there.
